An accumulation of bacteria leads to an unbalanced level oral acids, which results in non-fresh breath. It is anticipated that these issues will be solved by the flavonoids Kalamansi orange peel acting as antibacterial edible films. This study was carried out ascertain composition extract inventive mouth freshener film and formulation satisfied characteristics evaluation test organoleptic a freshener. extracted maceration with 70% ethanol then analyzed for its content. The made into 5 (0-4%). Each tested evaluation. showed content met requirements formulated films, test, yield, moisture qualitative tests flavonoid compounds. characteristic each F0-F4 has reached corresponding requirements. As thickness 0.22-0.32 mm, pH 6.72-7.25, disintegration time 11-35 seconds uniformity weight 100-105 mg. In tests, panelists preferred 0% (without extract). addition, there are significant differences between (0-4%) control (K+) parameters color, aroma, texture, taste refreshing activity.
